excellent hotel stay
amazing view helpful staff attentive service
I got an upgraded room and the view was amazing. the reception staff were helpful. They were very professional. the bartenders made great coffee. faizan took good care of our room. He was very attentive and always made sure we had tea and water.
the wi-fi signal was weak in some areas.

the room included a king-size bed, a seating area with a sofa, and a work desk. there was also a mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and a tv with international channels, i found this very convenient.

The hotel restaurant served breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets with international cuisine. i noticed a variety of options including pastries, fresh fruit, hot dishes, and made-to-order omelets. the coffee was really good. I'm very grateful for this experience.

convenient location kind staff breakfast buffet shuttle service
the location was convenient, near public transportation options. i found the staff to be genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. the breakfast buffet featured a wide array of choices, and i was able to enjoy a satisfying meal each morning. the shuttle service to local attractions proved very helpful.
the elevator system experienced occasional delays during peak hours.

Amjad welcomed us warmly and prepared a complimentary cake. he decorated our bed with a swan towel for my daughter's birthday. It was very much appreciated!!!
the smell in the room after cleaning was not good. there were no slippers ready.

The hotel's location is convenient I could easily access nearby attractions I had a smooth taxi pickup. The staff members were attentive to my needs. The room provided a clean atmosphere I could relax . I liked the varieties available at breakfast.
The gym had limited space so I had to wait to use some of the equipment during peak hours

The hotel offers both a swimming pool and a gym. Guests have access to several options for recreation and wellness. The swimming pool area includes twenty loungers I saw a shaded section perfect.

The reception staff offered quick support whenever I needed assistance. Their responses were always prompt and effective. The restaurant staff was polite and attentive ensuring all dining experiences were enjoyable I noticed the service was very personable.

long waiting times lift problem
the location worked well enough for my needs. it was acceptable.
The lifts were a real problem. I waited far too long each time. this made getting around the hotel unnecessarily frustrating. i wish they would address this issue soon

charmed by consistent service
metro station attentive staff
the hotel is close to the metro station (a short walk makes commuting easy). the staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs. suman did a great job ensuring our room was super clean and cozy. i also found the meals offered delicious choices.
the gym, although serviceable, needs equipment upgrades. some machines appear old, and usb charging hubs are missing from the room. i think adding modern charging options would .

the hotel is conveniently near attractions like the palm and the marina. the metro station is within walking distance, simplifying travel. taxi pick-up at the hotel entrance is also quite easy.
